"For the first time (since the entry into force of the ceasefire) violations have occurred throughout the demarcation line: Dokuchayevsk, Granitnoye, Logvinovo. The Ukrainian forces are mainly concentrated in areas of Donetsk and Mariupol. There is a similar concentration in the North ".
